We think not. Set within the relaxed, rustic milieu of the sublime Dandenong Ranges, here truffle is stripped back to its organic simplicity, bolstering a menu defined by comfort and heartiness and matched with a flight of cuvees from renowned producer, Yarrabank. Echoing the calm ease of its context, this relaxed event pays homage to good old fashioned comfort food and how great quality truffle can enrich these foods. Jointly hosted by Yarrabank’s resident winemaker, this event has been curated to celebrate the innovative producers the Yarra Ranges enjoys.
