Claire Bryce, Vue de monde's Junior Sous Chef and pastry extraordinaire, has curated four sweet courses, inspired by classic Scottish desserts and innovated Vue-style. On the menu, you'll find Bryce's take on Clottie and Buckfast Dumpling, a Crowdie Cheese dessert, and of course, the infamous Deep Fried Mars Bar.
Lest we forget, the magical match for the evening, Ardbeg Scotch... because what's Scottish indulgence without a wee dram (or four)?
