To honour Australia’s fantastic variety of likeminded producers and suppliers in the industry, Iki-jime is proud to announce a new event series: Reef and Beef. Once a month, the kitchen will showcase the finest produce of the season from our well-trusted suppliers and industry leaders.
The first event, on August 28 at 7pm, the menu is:
- Beef tataki, oyster, potato, lemon myrtle
- Red emperor, lardo, fermented pumpkin, diamond clam
- Wood-grilled Wagyu, king prawn, Jerusalem artichoke, coastal green chimichurri
- Macadamia crunch bar, banana, wattleseed ice cream
